Very nice hotel, excellent service for a cheap price. Nice and clean rooms. The hotel staff is very friendly, always willing to help and always willing to drive us to the metro station. As the residence is located close to the metro station, you can reach the center of the city in about 20 minutes. I would certainly recommend this hotel for young people who want to visit Rome.
Located close to highway. Once in our room, we didn't hear any noise of the highway, but it is a dangerous road to cross... Hotel staff is always willing to drive you to the station and pick you up.

very kind reception, free parking, small but punctual kitchen, close to subway station and we could walk to station as trafic was small during weekend, also you can ask lift to reception only in the morning and evening.
bit difficult to find a hotel even with an explanation paper kindly send by hotel. You have to go left lane and turn left very quickly after confluence to big load. I recommend to check the place by google earth before you go.

Room size was very good and very comfortable.Kitchen was fully equipped except knife which was not a problem.Bathroom was very spacious and outside garden was also very good.I Found a very comfortable stay during my visit with my young kid.I Can recommend this hotel who wants for long duration but be careful about the location it was very far from the city.
Location was very poor even our satnav could not be able to find the location. But the staff person helped us o reach to the hotel and took us from the bus station because we could not be able to found the residence then finally we went to the bus station and called at the reception to come and pick us from there. Please your direction for the hotel needs more improvement for people who is coming from airport and using his own private vehicle(car).Hotel address is not correct.

Very clean and staff is very nice ! Help you with most of the issues I needed, specially bringing you to-from the Metro Anagnina station.
Its practically impossible to get there by walk. Trying to cross the street from the Metro to the Hotel is a suicidal thing !!! You must always wait for someone from the Hotel to pick you up or to bring you out of the Hotel ! Its like being in an island... Isolated. Unless you have your own car of course.

The staff were amazingly helpful, going out of their way to help make sure I could get to the metro station safely and to help me order a pizza when I arrived too late to go out for dinner (since I spoke no Italian, they translated the menu for me and placed the call on my behalf).
The location - it's across a very very busy street with no stop sign or light, so it's dangerous to get in and out each day. Definitely would be much better if you have a car.

Good location to operate from; Metro station app. 200m, shopping center in close reach, 20m from the GRA (route surrounding Rome). Room clean and relatively quiet considering close neighbourghood of highway/street.
Diffficult to find access by car first time, difficult crossing the street due to heavy traffic.

No Breakfast no other hotel service. the area around the hotel is really horrible.

Excellent place to stay for some days to visit Rome, free parking in front of our apartment was a strong advantage, as parking in the center can be quite expensive (€30 per day). We had a nice room for 4, fully prepared with extra couch-bed, kitchen, perfect airco, wifi and good looking bathroom. The metro station was a 5 minutes walk, which then takes you in 20 minutes to Rome center. And as it is the end-station, seats are guaranteed when going in the center's direction.
The area around the place is not interesting to see, nor for dining. The place is surrounded by a highway, to get to the metro one needs to cross 3 lanes with very busy traffic, bearing in mind the unpredictable "Roman driving style". The good news is that taking your car around the corner brings you to the big parking area of the Metro, with garage, at daily rate of 1,50

Modern style (I.E. ikea Furniture style). The small hotel is comfortable and clean. It's a good option for young couples caring about budget but I wouldn't recommend it for senior couples or families without car because to access to the hotel from the subway you need to cross a motorway entrance..! It is dangerous indeed on rush hours but not too bad the rest of the day and the hotel is nice.
The access the hotel without car, specially on Friday afternoon about 8pm or so. If you have booked already and you are in a good fit, don't worry it's a nice option but try to avoid rush hours or cross through the BoConcept furniture company next to the Resdidence Gra 21, that is also a nice option when open ;) . Enjoy it!

Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, your own parking spot just ouside of your room, 4mins walk to metro that takes you to Rome city centre, Internet actually working (many hotels have free wifi but it never works), clean. We had room for family ( 4 people) and liked it a lot!
It's good location due to proximity to metro but not the most beautiful one nor easy to get to - the hotel staff is very proactive sending maps and giving directions though.

Not suitable if you do not own a car as impossible to cross dual carriageway to get to hotel, very dangerous

Friendly Stuff, good value for the money comparing it with other hotels in Rome, the apartments look good inside
Location - even if it is close to Metro station ( the last station ), in order to reach it you have to cross a road on which cars go with high speed and is pretty dangerous. The area is not very friendly, is an suburbia of Rome, so you should have some man in your group.
